EziRide Cycles
are the
Australia importers of the renowned Grubee Starfire bicycle motor kits
which have been manufactured by China Gas since 2001.The Starfire motor
kits are recognised as the world’s best and are covered by a
3
month limited warranty on faulty parts.Most people that sell bicycles
motors only offer a 1 month warranty and there is probably a good
reason for this.
Our motor kit comes with all of the
parts you need to
install the motor kit on your bike.
You will need some basic tools and a
little mechanical
knowledge.
Installation takes about 4 hours +
depending on your
mechanical ability.
You will need a bicycle suitable to for the job.
THE PERFECT BICYCLE FOR THE JOB WOULD HAVE
26" or 27 " steel frame.
Straight front down tube.
28m rear tube.
35m front tube.
FRONT BRAKES
Centre pull,V brake or disc brake.
REAR BRAKES
Centre pull,V brakes or drum brakes.
No disc brakes on the rear.

Road or balloon tyres
Thorn resistant inner tubes.
Spare tube and /or puncture repair kit.
Trigger gears
Front and rear lights.
Horn and /or bell
Tool kit.
No twist grip gears.
No rear suspension.
No rear disc brake
Other bicycles can be used but you may
have to modify the
mounting bracket which can be done by using a U bolt from your local
hardware store or from EziRide Cycles.

Our motors get 50 to 70
kilometers per litre
depending on the weight of the rider and the terrain .
Some dealer will tell you that you can
get 100 kilometers
per litre. They won’t.
Our motors run on 2 stroke petrol (lawn
mower fuel). The
fuel should be mixed 18 to 1 for the first 500 kilometers during the
run in period then the fuel mix can be changed to 20 to 1. There are

Please treat your new motor genteelly
during the 500 k
run in period. Don’t not over rev the motor or run it for
more
than 30 minutes before allow it to cool down before running it again
during the running in period. If
you look after your new motor it will give you thousands of kilometers
of use. We don’t know exactly how long the motor will last as
we
haven’t had any die of old age so far. They just keep on
going if
you look after them.
